15 December 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Let’s celebrate the winter solstice with a programme of activities for everyone at BAM Season Day: Winter Time!

The day will begin with a Mudra meditation practice, the yoga of the hands, and will continue with a botanical walk designed to let visitors experience the Park’s green space even during the winter season. Guided by the voices of expert agronomists, the walk will explore the phase in which nature prepares for its rest, encouraging a more introspective and intimate experience. The walk will be accompanied by musical moments featuring traditional Christmas songs!

For every BAM Season Day, the traditional Maestro Giardiniere botanical workshop returns, with the planting of beautiful narcissus bulbs that can become a perfect gift for the Christmas season.

Throughout the day, children and their families will be able to take part in the Tracce d’Inverno workshop, curated by Progetto Sulla Luna, where they will create a colourful game inspired by the magic of winter and Christmas.

The day will end with a festive final moment: a fun and engaging musical parade by the ZAMPOGNORCHESTRA, which will transform the Park into a magical, enchanted place where imagination can travel freely.

A day full of activities for everyone.
