THE CULTURE OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
The Foundation supports and promotes principles of responsibility and sustainability in territorial management through a research program on the topic of sustainable and responsible property investment, SRPI, which offers on the market principles of sustainability and responsibility in the real estate field in Italy
From 2013, the Foundation collaborates with the no profit association Sustainable Finance Forum (FFS), with the aim to promote initiatives, which produce greater awareness on the economic-financial value of a responsible and sustainable management of real estate portfolios.
From 2016 the Foundation promotes, together with the Sovereign Investment Lab (SIL), a Bocconi University's research center, a research program and a workshop on the management and the investments within the cultural heritage and tourism as a driver for sustainable development in Italy.
The RCF published the first Protocol on Real Estate Investment Managers (RPI), which contains an overview of the most significant international studies and a set of useful tools that can help implement sustainability goals throughout the industry”.

The RCF started a collaboration with the Association of Sustainable Finance Forum (FFS) to jointly promote a multi-year program dedicated to sustainable and responsible real estate investment theme (SRPI, Sustainable Responsible Property Investment) with the objective of create greater awareness on the economic-financial value and provide practical tools for the responsible and sustainable management of real estate portfolios
In 2014 FFS and RCF have started the activities, with the support of COIMA SGR, constituting a Multi-stakeholders Working Group (WG), with the participation, among others, of asset management, trade associations, companies consulting, law firms and logistics companies. The WG produced the first manual on sustainable and responsible property investment manual and responsible in Italy”.

In 2016 the RCF promoted, together with the Sovereign Investment Lab (SIL), a research center of BAFFICAREFIN at Bocconi University and with the support of COIMA SGR, a series of initiatives focused on the “Cultural Arbitrage” including a research on the topic and the organization of the workshop “The cultural arbitrage: new frontiers in heritage and tourism management”.

In 2017 the RCF, together with the Sovereign Investment Lab (SIL) and with the support of COIMA SGR, promoted a workshop with the aim of involving top international experts, institutional investors and stakeholders to analyze the most innovative ways of financing and managing cultural heritage “Tourism, Culture and Long-term Investment: Heritage Assets Management in the XXI Century.

Moreover, the Foundation promotes and hosts in its headquarter meetings, talks, roundtables and
conferences, with the goal of enhancing the best practices in the field territorial development.

to the numerous meetings hosted and promoted until today, the Foundation has become
a dynamic space, collector of experiences and points of view on
the city and on sustainable lifestyles.
